The Food Processing Center at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln will host the fourth annual National Small Food Manufacturers Conference April 2-3 in Omaha. "This annual conference attracts small business owners from all over the United States." said Rolando Flores, director of the Food Processing Center. "The conference will address key issues and business strategies to help small food businesses grow and succeed in the market place." Flip through the 52-page online tutorial to get great ideas, hear vides clips from successful producers, and learn how to better market your products. Buy Fresh/Buy Local Memberships Available Join other producers across Nebraska who are combining their marketing efforts through a Buy Fresh/Buy Local membership. For a small membership fee, members are listed in a beautiful, professionally designed directory with listings of producers, restaurants, stores, farmers' markets & institutions that sell locally produced food.
