The Food Processing Center at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln will host the fourth annual National Small Food Manufacturers Conference April 2-3 in Omaha. "This annual conference attracts small business owners from all over the United States." said Rolando Flores, director of the Food Processing Center. "The conference will address key issues and business strategies to help small food businesses grow and succeed in the market place."  Learn more
